Your tasks
- You support the user experience team in survey management by evaluating and analyzing user feedback and survey data
- You create reports and presentations based on survey analysis results
- You perform and document interviews with users about their experiences with IT services
- You support the publication of intranet articles about activities to improve user experience
Your profile
- You are currently enrolled at a university
- You are still at the beginning of your studies and you are looking for a long-term challenge during your studies
- You have exceptional analytical skills and a high affinity for numbers
- You are highly cooperative and you are a true team player
- You are fluent in English
- You have advanced skills in the use of MS-Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint
