About the job Lead, Quality Management
Purpose of the job
Understanding customer expectations and needs, outlining quality standards and developing quality control processes to enhance the service & products for existing accounts and attracting new accounts.
Duties and responsibilities
- Get feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met by meetings with customers with Supervisors.
- Support, Quality Supervisors in Initiating quality assessment tool for Enterprise Sales & Marketing
- Assist on Tracking to ensure the Enterprise Sales are conforming to SLAs..
- Assist in weekly quality control reports, on a daily basis as work is performed to the Manager.
- Assist in Analyzing data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
Job specification
- Bachelor degree from a recognized university in Business administration, Economics or Engineering.
- Masters degree in a relevant field is a plus.
Experience
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer relation & Quality Control

- Knowledge of the product to perform accurate quality control
