We are looking for you as a Field Service Engineer. Your mission will be to provide support and services as requested by the Customer. You will have the mandate to represent the company in the field (in front of the customer) by investigating and troubleshooting complex technical problems on Plastic Omnium Battery systems.
Job Tasks are taken care of:
- Insure availability and reliability of the product during warranty and services phases
- Increasing customer satisfaction by providing high level services
- Play a role for future battery systems design improvement
- Perform troubleshooting and investigation of technical problems on customers’ sites
- Carrying out fault analyses, and participate to the root cause analyses
- Data collection and sharing the feedback with design engineering team for continues product improvement
- Perform Maintenance (preventive and corrective) of Battery system on customers’ sites
- Identify customer needs in terms of services and share it with team
- Commissioning of Battery systems
- Corrective repair reports and warranty intervention report creation
