The Emergency Dispatcher is responsible for providing the highest service to individuals in an emergency.
The support will be through inbound calls and Chat.
This role is based in Amsterdam, but do not worry! We have an amazing relocation package to support your first month!
Candidate Profile:

- Experience in emergency response or emergency communication environments
- Ability to communicate with customers promptly
- Proficient in MS Office
- Experience and knowledge of regulations and compliance within an emergency services environment is a plus
- Open to flexible scheduling, including days, nights, and weekends
- Ability to assess and readily relay information accurately with great attention to detail, while operating various methods of communication equipment
- Current certification in CPR, emergency, Fire, and Police dispatch is a plus
- Required to be C1 in French and B2 in Italian, both in written and spoken
- Proficiency in English, B2 level (minimum requirement).
